Junior Eurovision 2020 | Serbia confirms participation


The Serbian broadcaster RTS confirmed participation in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Head of delegation Silvana Grujć has confirmed there will be an open call for singers and songwriters to submit a song. This will be published shortly on the broadcaster's website. Whether there will be a national final, or a jury will select the entry, like in 2018 and 2019, is still unclear.

Serbia is the 12th country to confirm its participation for the contest, that will be held in November.

The list of confirmed countries is as follows:

  • France

  • Georgia

  • Germany

  • Ireland

  • Italy

  • Kazakhstan

  • The Netherlands

  • Poland

  • Russia

  • Serbia

  • Spain

  • Ukraine

Last year Serbia was represented by Darija Vračević with the song "Podigni Glas" coming in 10th place with 109 points. You can check out her performance below:
