Italy | Sanremo honors the history of the contest with special duets and classics on its third night

There has been a great celebration on the third night of Sanremo. The historic Italian contest celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, which is why its third night has been focused on reviewing the songs that have made history at this very contest.
The contest is divided into four nights (not qualifiers) and the grand finale. The vote of the audience (34%), a jury (33%), the press room and the members of the orchestra (33%) will decide the winner thanks to a mixed and cumulative voting system night by night. The winner of Sanremo 2020 will have the right to represent Italy in Eurovision 2020, an option that if discarded, will go to on another contestant chosen internally by RAI.
In this gala called "Sanremo 70", the 24 contestants of this edition have sung a song that has been part of the history of the contest. To do this, they could bring someone to sing together with them on stage. However, some contestants have preferred to do it alone instead.
