Eurovision 2019 | 'Soldi' by Mahmood is the all-time most streamed Eurovision song on Spotify

Italy's 2019 entry "Soldi" has broken a record, and is now the most streamed Eurovision song on Spotify. With 122.4 million streams so far, Mahmood surpasses Swedish singer Loreen, the winner of Eurovision 2012.

 

 Mahmood is still reaping successes after Eurovision. His song "Soldi" is now the all-time most streamed Eurovision song on Spotify worldwide. The song reached 122.4 million streams on Spotify and surpassed the record of Loreen's "Euphoria", 122.3 million streams. The Eurovision 2019 runner-up was congratulated by the Contest through its social networks:

 

“Congratulazioni to our 2019 runner-up Mahmood whose song, Soldi, is now the all-time most streamed Eurovision song on Spotify worldwide”

 

 Although Mahmood didn't win the contest last May, Italy finished in second place behind the Netherlands. The Dutch song, "Arcade" by Duncan Laurence, has been listened on Spotify 78.5 million times so far and it's the third most listened winning song of the 2010's after Sweden's "Euphoria" by Loreen and 'Heroes' by Måns Zelmerlöw.
