Junior Eurovision 2019 | 'We Are More' song, and official video revealed for Malta

After weeks of new songs, and official video's. We are nearly there!!!. Today, the national broadcaster for Malta were the penultimate country to release it's official song for Junior Eurovision 2019. Today's instalment has come from Malta who have released the song, "We Are More" sung by Eliana Gomez Blanco. It is now only North Macedonia to release their entry.
Malta have a very respectable history in the contest, having won the competition twice in its fourteen appearances. Could it be third time, extremely lucky? As now, all eyes will be on young Eliana who will proudly represent her country this November in Gliwice, Poland. Her song can be viewed below:
It is doing extremely well in the view count on YouTube. It was only released several hours ago, and has racked up nearly 15,000 clicks. This song is following others for the attention of the fans who expect great things from the island nation.
This is yet another typical Maltese video, that is produced extremely well. For such a small nation, it does tend to put an extreme amount of effort in showcasing its rising stars. Eliana has a very mature voice, and the video reflects this as it is extremely polished, and professional. To a certain extent it echoes that of "Chameleon", which was their Eurovision hit of this year.
It is also extremely refreshing to see Malta use their native language along with English in this year's entry. It has become quite a tradition at the contest for the singers to participate in their native tongue.
The 14 year old singer was one of 12 initially shortlisted, with the teen chosen recently to represent her country from a combination of 50% public vote, and 50% jury which consisted of Ela Mangion (Junior Eurovision 2018), and Claudio Faniello (Eurovision 2017).
Do you like the song? Do you think Malta will do as well as last year? Could they even win? Please trell us yuor thoughts in the comments below.
