JESC 2019 | Melani García to Junior Eurovision for Spain

July 24, 2019

After their absence from 2007 until 2018, Spain announced their return to the Junior Eurovision song contest just a few months ago. Earlier today, in a tv-show named 'A partir de hoy' they announced 12-year old Melani García has been internally selected and will represent Spain in Gliwice on the 24th of November.

Melani started singing at the age of 8, and after joining a local choir, her passion for classical music began. Despite not being able to get into the music conservatory because of her young age, she self-taught herself her skills. Furthermore to singing, she plays the piano and violin. Melani is a well known singer, because she won the 2018 season of The Voice Kids in Spain.

you can find some of her songs/covers here on her own youtube channel!
