Next up today are Poland! Last year was the first time since their return to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2014 that Poland failed to qualify for the final, with Gromee & Lukas Meijer's EDM track 'Light Me Up' placing only fourteenth in the semi final. This year, Polish folk group Tulia will be representing their country with indie folk-rock song 'Fire of Love (Pali się)' which will definitely be standing out among the semi finalists.

Four piece group Tulia were internally selected by Polish broadcaster TVP in February and since then have charmed us all with their pre-party tour performances and extravagantly beautiful outfits. The group - originally from Szczecin rose to fame after uploading a cover of Depeche Mode's rock song 'Enjoy the Silence'. They've also covered Metallica's 'Nothing Else Matters' and released their debut self-titled album last year.

Poland have really delivered on their outfits. They've opted for their beautiful long traditional gowns similarly to the music video. The first run through was unfortunately riddled with sound problems and poor camerawork however the girls persevered.

At the start of the performance they have their faces covered by a red veil which is attached to crowns that all four girls are wearing. They begin in a rotating circle formation however when they remove their veils they return to the two-front two-back formation we've seen before. All four girls remain stationary for the rest of the performance however have their piercing and intense stares coupled with occasional clapping. They are also bringing their synchronized swaying that we saw in their pre-party performances.

The backing is very warm colouring - yellows, whites and reds presumably to resemble red with their faces also appearing on the LED backdrop. Fans of Poland will be happy to hear that the vocals massively improved by the last run through and it sounded a lot better. They definitely still need to work on the camera though.

Poland's second rehearsal will take place on Thursday 9th May and they will be performing fourth in the first semi final on Tuesday 14th May.

Will you be supporting Poland at this years Eurovision? Let us know in the comments below your thoughts on Tulia's first rehearsal.
