Lithuania | Staging For 'Run With The Lions' To Remain The Same

The national broadcaster for Lithuania has revealed that there will not be any changes to the staging for this year's Eurovision entry "Run With The Lions", and it is to remain the same as the national final performance.

The head of delegation for the broadcaster Audrius Giržadas has confirmed this, and said there will not be much, if any in the way of changes to how the song will be performed in Tel Aviv. He told Labas rytas that,

"Everything will be as staged at the national selection, but more impressive, if everything succeeds as we plan it, the possibilities of the stage will be used to the maximum"

This year's long Lithuanian national final saw several heats take place, that culminated in two semi finals. Jurijus clearly won the televote, and jury vote on his semi final that took place on the 16th February 2019. Once again, when it came to the final he took a commanding lead of the televote securing more than 3000 votes than his nearest rival. The talented singer also managed to win the jury vote too, securing his place as Lithuania's next Eurovision entrant.

The singer will travel to Israel this week, and film his official postcard that will be shown before his performance. He will also appear at many of the Eurovision pre-parties in the hope of increasing his profile internationally.
