Moldova | O Melodie Pentru Europa will now take place on March 2nd
Moldovan broadcaster TRM have decided to move the final of O Melodie Pentru Europa back one day, to March 2nd, instead of the planned date of March 3rd. The reason for this is unknown, but the move does meant that the show will be returning to its usual Saturday evening slot, as has been the case in previous O Melodie Pentru Europa finals.
This is not the first change the broadcaster have made to the show this year. They had planned to hold a semi-final on March 2nd, followed by the final on March 3rd, but instead, they went ahead and chose 10 acts to compete in the final, without the need for a semi final.
