North Macedonia | Tamara Todevska will fly the flag for North Macedonia

North Macedonia’s 2008 representative Tamara Todevska is coming back for another try to get the votes for her country and to try and end its streak of six years in a row of not qualifying for the final.

In an interview on North Macedonia’s National Broadcaster, MRTV, Tamara reveals that she is already preparing for the contest, but no names about who are involved in the project were revealed in the short interview. It is however, confirmed she is back as a solo artist this time.

This will not be Tamara's first Eurovision experience. Tamara has been to Eurovision as Tose Proevski’s and Tijana’s backing vocalist in 2004 and 2014 respectively, and as a main artist in 2008 when she sang "Let Me Love You" alongside Vrčak and Adrijan. Despite finishing in 10th place in the semi final, she narrowly missed out on qualifying due to the qualification rules in place that year.

The singer also tried to represent her country in 2015, where she was the runner up with the emotional ballad 'Brod sto tone'.
