Eurovision 2019 | Tonight In Eurovision Selections - What To Watch!
Tonight kick-starts another weekend of national final selections and decisions as some countries continue to whittle the candidates in to represent them, whilst some are just getting started. Here is a brief synopsis of what is happening tonight.

France - Destination Eurovision Semi-Final Two: (9pm CET)
In France the second semi final of their national selection Destination Eurovision takes place, we will see the final nine acts competing for the last four spots in the final, the four qualifiers will be decided via an international jury which includes Eurovision alumni such as Mikolas Josef and Zöe and a public vote of the French viewers. Last week Bilal Hassani won the first semi final in convincing fashion, putting him a strong adversary for win next week, can any of the nine tonight propose a challenge against him? The nine performers tonight are:
Doutson - "Sois un bon fils"
Emmanuel Moire - "La promesse"
Gabriella - "On cherche encore (Never Get Enough)"
Noémie - "Ma petite famille"
PhilipElise - "Madame la paix"
Seemone - "Tous les deux"
The Divaz - "La voix d'Aretha"
Tracy de Sá - "Por aqui"
Ugo - "Ce qui me blesse"
Lithuania - Eurovizijos Second Heat: (8pm CET)
The second heat of the Lithuanian selection, often shortened to just Eurovizijos will be shown tonight, as per usual the show was recorded ahead of time and the jury have already giving their marks, which make up the half the result of tonight, the other half will come from the public who will be voting on the playback broadcast. Thirteen acts are competing for just six spots in the next round of the competition and they are:

Justina Žukauskaitė - "Hit Me Harder"
Lukas Bartaška - "River of Hope"
Paola Hart - "I'll Be Alright"
Valdas Lacko - "Dare"

Edgaras Lubys - "To the Sky"
Donata Virbilaitė - "Doing the Loop"
Gražvydas Sidiniauskas - "Another Movie"
Justina Budaitė-Junà - "Strength of a Woman"
BANZZZAI - "I Don't Care"
Original Copy - "Power of Sounds"
Georgia - Georgian Idol Week 3: (7pm CET)
Georgia are using the reality show Georgian Idol to select their artist for Eurovision this year, the show tonight will be entering its third week of auditions as the judging panel continue to whittle down the numbers to take forward into the competition. This would not be the first time someone from the show would go onto Eurovision with Nina Sublatti winning the show in 2013 and going on to represent Georgia in 2015 with the song "Warrior".
Hungary - A Dal First Heat: (7:30pm CET)
Kicking off their selection tonight is Hungary, once again using the 30 song strong A Dal format to select their singer and song, the first ten tonight will take to the stage and perform, each act will receive a score out of ten from each of the four judges followed by the average score from the public who shall be voting along on the app during the performance, the top five at the end of the show will advance to the semi finals whilst the phone lines will open for a short period of time for the other five acts, the public must then vote for the remaining five acts and the one with the highest numbers of votes from this portion of voting time only will advance to the semi finals also.
