United Kingdom | Eurovision You Decide Details Announced
The long awaited details of the United Kingdom's National final 'Eurovision You Decide' have finally been released! The show will take place on Friday 8th February at the new location of Media City UK, Salford. Once again the show will be hosted by Mel Giedroyc and Eurovision 2015 winner for Sweden, Måns Zelmerlöw!

Last year, BBC Eurovision confirmed that there would be some exciting changes made to the format that has been used since 2016. Instead of six, there will only be three competing songs however each will be performed in two different ways, by two different acts. Six acts, three songs. A celebrity panel and viewers at home will make the decision on which song represents the UK at the 64th Eurovision Song Contest which will be held in Tel Aviv, Israel, on Saturday 18th May!
Like previous years, the BBC are also inviting a live audience to the recording for the show however unlike previous years, due to it being filmed in a studio fans can try and secure tickets for the show through a public ballot. You can apply via this link.
Usually the songs are released one to two weeks ahead of the competition meaning that fans can expect the songs to be revealed in the coming weeks! We'll find out on February 8th who will be taking the baton from SuRie who placed 24th in Eurovision 2018 with her song 'Storm'.
