JESC 2018 | S4C to broadcast Manw's Junior Eurovision journey to Minsk
It has been a long time coming, but Manw's Welsh adventure has nearly come to the finishing point. Yesterday, Wales' brightest star performed at her first rehearsal, leaving many including us at Eurovoxx extremely impressed. The talented singer has done a lot since she has been in Minsk, and now it will all be broadcast in its fine glory as S4C will be showing this journey tomorrow night on its channel.
The show will be called "Chwilio Am Seren Junior Eurovision- Manw Yn Minsk" will be shown on Friday night at 19:30 (BST), 20:30 (CET). Manw is Wales' first ever representative at the contest, and the documentary will show her journey from the very first audition to her rehearsals which will continue tomorrow.
Manw and her team have been fantastic ambassadors for Wales, and have shown that they truly deserve their place on that Eurovision stage. It has been quite the eye opener for the delegation who have pulled out all the stops in showing Wales off internationally. We at Eurovoxx have to add, that they have done this superbly.
Check out Wales' first Rehearsal below:
In the mock voting this evening Wales did very well, and were in the top ten of both the mock jury, and public vote. She finished seventh. Could this be a good omen for Wales on Sunday? This year the country will debut along with Kazakhstan, and join 19 other countries to be part of the record breaking 20 that will participate on Sunday.
Manw who is from North Wales, beat many other singers, and has earned her place at the contest where her song, "Perta", has been highly regarded by many. In three days time, all the hard work will come to fruition, and whatever the result Manw will have not only done herself proud, but the whole of Wales, as her professionalism, powerful voice has "light up" in Belarus.
The whole team at Eurovoxx love this song, and are really supporting Manw, and Wales, "Pob Lwc", and here is to a great result on Sunday.
Have you followed Manw's journey? Do you like the song? Do you think it could do well? Please tell us your thoughts in the comments below.
