The Netherlands at The Junior Eurovision Song Contest
The Netherlands are one of only two countries (the other being Belarus), who have participated in every Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The Netherlands have had varied success in the contest.
Their best results came in 2009 when Ralf Mackenbach and his song "Click Clack" won the contest and in 2011 when Rachel finished in second place with "Teenager".
Their worst placing came in 2015 with Shalissa and "A Million Lights" who finished in 15th place, and their worst score came in 2008 with Marissa and "1 Dag" who only achieved 27 points.
The Netherlands have gone on to achieve another top 5 finish in 2017 with FOURCE and a further 9 top ten finishes.
