JESC 2018 | Details Of Voting Revealed

It has been revealed that for this years Junior Eurovision Song Contest, they will be sticking to the same method of voting that was used last year in Georgia - 50% jury vote, 50% online vote.
The online was first introduced in Junior Eurovision 2017, to mixed reviews. People from all over the world were able to cast their votes that, on the final night, would be mixed with the jury votes from all the participating countries.
Below is a video from the official Junior Eurovision YouTube channel, explaining how the online vote will work this year:
The voting will open on Friday November 23rd, two days before the live final. and will close just before the live show starts. It will re-open again for 15 minutes, once all the countries have performed.
People from all over the world can watch clips of all the performances on the official Junior Eurovision website, and will be able to vote for between 3 to 5 of their favourites.
The online vote is not without it's problems though. In 2017, many people said they could not access the Junior Eurovision website to vote during the live show, and for those that were able to access it, some of them were unable to vote due to the site crashing.
