San Marino | 1 in 360 May Be Back In 2019 With A Bigger Show

They have yet to officially confirm their participation for Eurovision 2019. However, the micro state, San Marino, along with the producers of last years national final format '1 in 360' have today released details on the up coming season, that may shed more light on the countries participation for next year.
In a statement on the 1 in 360 Facebook page, the producers have hinted at the possibility of the same show next year, but with an expanded and bigger programme. They have mentioned that they have had a few difficulties in the past few months, but are hoping to bounce back very soon. The official statement can be seen below.

After only one qualification since 2008, the micro state were very keen to try something new, in a bid to qualify for the grand final. Initially back in 2017, the head of delegation stated that the country would withdraw from the contest due to a string of bad results. This changed when 1 in 360 was introduced. It was comprised of an online selection process that saw over 1000 videos submitted, the show then came together with a live final being held in Bratislava that saw a professional jury, and online voters decide on the countries representative.
Subsequently, Jessika feat Jenifer Brening won, with the song "Who We Are" that saw them languish in the semi final, only scoring 28 points. However, they did not come last, and was a slight improvement on the previous year.
Last year Eurovoxx spoke to Jessika and Jenifer. This is what they had to say:
Would you like to see the show brought back? Who do you think would be the best person to represent San Marino? Please tell us your thoughts in the comments below.
