JESC 2018 | Angélina To Represent France In Minsk With 'Jamais Sans Toi'

With just a little over month until the Junior Eurovision Song Contest takes place in Belarus, Minsk. The Eurovision world are coming ever so close to having the final line up of songs. France being one of the last countries to decide their entries have decided to send ten year old Angélina Nava with the song "Jamais sans toi" (Never Without You).
Although this news has already been known for over a day, due to the song being leaked by a Russian media site. Eurovoxx can confirm that she has been officially confirmed as the second French representative at the contest by France Télévisions. The song which means "Never Without You" is expected to be sung in French, and is sure to score well. It is a very modern pop song, with elements of a dance beat. You can listen to the song below:
This entry will mark France's second ever Junior Eurovision entrant, which comes after a fifteen year absence period. The song was chosen internally, and newly appointed head of French delegation Steven Clerema, now has the job of promoting, and making a success of his countries second Junior entry. The show will also have Madame Monsieur (France 2018 Eurovision entrants) take to the commentary booth along with Stephane Bern.
This news means that there are less than a handful of nations who are officially left to premiere their entries. At the contest, France last participated in 2004 when Thomas Pontier finished sixth in Lillehammar Sweden.
With just over a month until the Junior Eurovision 2018 begins, we have nearly got the full line up of songs. This year a record 20 countries have confirmed participation, with debuts from Kazakhstan, and Wales. It will be a tough competition this year, with more countries that ever being part of the contest. This year also see's Azerbaijan, France, and Israel rejoin the party.
