Israel | Netta Announces New European Tour. Is She Coming To A City Near You?

October 11, 2018

In May Netta proved she was no man's "Toy", and convincingly won the Eurovision Song Contest, re-capturing that crown for Israel 20 years after Dana International last wore it.  Now the amazing singer has revealed that she is following in the foot steps of Eleni Foureira (Cyprus), and Saara Aalto (Finland) by performing on tour in Europe.  Is your city one of the places she will be visiting?

Eurovision's new star will be taking to six cities in November to reprise her winning song, and other hits.  The first city will be Vienna on November 12th, then Zurich the day after on November 13th.  From there she will perform in Berlin on the 17th November, closely followed by Paris two days later, then back to Germany in Cologne on Sunday 18th November.  Finally she finishes her tour in Heaven, or should we say the nightclub 'Heaven' in London on Wednesday 21st November.

Tickets will go on general sale from this Friday the 12th October 2018.  If you want to go, you will need to be quick as these will likely sell very quick.

Prior to the contest, she was clear favourite to win, the quirky, up tempo, modern sounding song won the votes of the viewers across Europe, and scored well with the professional juries.  It is no surprise that she has decided to do a tour, as the song "Toy" has charted very well in many countries.

Even in the states where it is notoriously difficult for Eurovision artists to have any success she has managed to hit number one on the US billboard dance club songs chart.  The talented singer is still riding high on the wave of her Eurovision success.
