Montenegro | RTCG Confirms Countries Participation For Eurovision 2019

The broadcaster for Montenegro RTCG, has today confirmed its participation for next years Eurovision Song Contest to be held in Tel Aviv 2019.
Last year the country held a national final that saw Vanja Radovanović chosen to represent his country in Lisbon. Although, no official confirmation of how the artist, and song will be selected. It is expected that the country will opt for a national final. Last year Montevizija was held for the first time in seven years, after the country had opted to select internally for those years.
A spokesperson for the broadcaster has stated that, "RTCG uses its right, and its obligation to affirm local authors, and musicians", but also emphasise that they participate in order to promote the country to more than 200 million viewers, "with the decision to once again take part in the most prestigious music competition in the world. The Eurovision Song Contest".
Last year Vanja Radovanović represented Montenegro with the song, "Inje", but failed to qualify for the grand final where he finished 16th with 40 points. Could the Balkan state fair any better in 2019?
