Back in 2015, Nadav Guedj represented Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna - getting Israel back in to the final after a run of non-qualifications. In his song he let us all know that he wanted to show us Tel Aviv - and with the help of this years runner-up for Cyprus, Eleni Foureira, it appears he may get his wish! Both are set to perform at live music night 'Pop Up Music' on Tuesday 4th December at a music event in Tel Aviv - the biggest of its kind in Israel during the winter. The music event will be held at the Menora stadium which Eurovision fans may recognise as being one of the venues in contention to host the 2019 Song Contest - to be hosted next May in the city.
Tickets will be going on sale at 9am (local Israel Daylight Time) on Thursday 4th October - so make sure to head to the website to get your tickets to see Nadav, Eleni and other Israeli talents including Omer Adam, Marina Maximilian and Ninet Tayab. On her twitter, Eleni has promised that they will be bringing the biggest party ever:
This summer Eleni Foureira has performed across Europe at Pride events, on her own tour and at other events and now she is ready to bring the party to Tel Aviv. You can also catch Eleni performing in London in two weeks on Friday 19th October. We wonder if, seeing as the two are together at the same concert, they'll collaborate on Nadav's 2015 Eurovision banger - 'Golden Boy' - to which Eleni released a Greek cover of back in 2015.
