More news coming from the eastern block today, as the national broadcaster for Poland has announced its confirmation to be present at next years Eurovision to be held in Tel Aviv.
Poland have been quite consistent in their participations, and have been present most years since their debut back in 1994.
No news as to how they will chose their participant has been released, but it is likely that they will follow the previous years where they have held a national final. Certainly, this seems to have mixed fortunes for the country as they have qualified on several occasions, however they have only achieved one top ten placing in recent years.
Unfortunately though, this was not the case last year when the duo Gromee feat Lukas Meijer with their song 'Light Me Up' failed to win enough votes to qualify.
2019 will mark Poland's 22nd appearance at the contest. Will they qualify next year?
Andy from Eurovoxx had the pleasure of speaking to them in London earlier this year. This is what they had to say.
