The Netherlands | Eurovision In Concert 2019 Date Confirmed

September 17, 2018

According to a tweet this morning from the official Eurovision in Concert Twitter feed, the date for Eurovision in Concert 2019 in The Netherlands is confirmed as Saturday April 6th.

As yet, a venue for the 2019 event is yet to be announced, but it is expected that Eurovision in Concert will remain at the AFAS Live Arena in Amsterdam - having moved there from its spiritual home of Melkweg Arena in 2018. The maximum capacity of the AFAS Live Arena is 6,000 compared to just 1,500 at Melkweg Arena. You can view the tweet from the official EiC Twitter feed here

Eurovision in Concert is widely regarded as the biggest and most popular event on the Eurovision Song Contest pre-party circuit - a circuit which is growing every year, and now includes the London Eurovision Party, Israel Calling and other events in Spain, Russia and Latvia. Eurovision in Concert is a massive favourite with Eurovision fans and artists alike, with the event selling out faster and attracting more Eurovision artists every year - and, in true Amsterdam style, you never know what Eurovision in Concert will throw up... there was even a marriage proposal on stage during the event in 2014.

Further confirmed details about Eurovision in Concert 2019 are expected to be announced shortly.
