Serbia: RTS open calls for national selection for 2019

RTS, Serbian national broadcaster, has opened calls for songs for the national selection in preparation for next year's contest in Israel.
Early this morning, RTS released rules about national final on their official website. Authors from all nationalities can submit the songs. The Songs have to be in one of the several official languages of Serbia.
A selection committee composed of eminent music experts will listen to all the songs and choose songs that will compete at Beovizija 2019.
The deadline for songs submission is the 1st November. The winner of the national final will be chosen from 50% public vote and 50% jury vote.
Should none of the submitted songs satisfy the preselection jury, RTS reserve the right to cancel the selection and select an artist and song internally.
The rules of the competition, which can be found on the official website of RTS:
The song must be no longer than 3 minutes
The song must not have been performed before 1st September 2018
The performer must be at 16 years old at the time of them competing in the semi final
