Benjamin Ingrosso releases 'I Wouldn't Know'
Keeping up Sweden's streak of brilliant results at the Eurovision Song Contest, Benjamin Ingrosso performed his song 'Dance You Off' at the 2018 contest back in May finishing a very respectable seventh position with 274 points. Ingrosso impressed in Lisbon with his slick dance moves and smooth sounds putting on a spectacular lights show and now he is back with his follow-up single titled 'I Wouldn't Know'.
Channelling Justin Timberlake, Benjamin's signature blend of R&B and Pop is continued with his new release - 'I Wouldn't Know'. Despite the song having a deeper meaning to it from the lyrics, it retains a youthful and fun vibe with a foot tappable beat throughout. From the lyrics, we can gather that the song is written about a past love or relationship where the feelings weren't reciprocated. Even though the lyrics suggest it wasn't a great time for him, the lighthearted and playful music in the song still presents an air of optimism and a fresh flair. You can listen to the song below:
Son of Swedish and Melodifestivalen legend Pernilla Wahlgren, Benjamin made his Mello debut last year where he made it directly to the final before successfully placing fifth with track 'Good Lovin'. This year he built upon that success - achieving the win that he was hoping for! Back in 2015, he signed with TEN Music Group who have released his last nine singles, with 'I Wouldn't Know' being number ten.
