Kalomira was in talks for a Eurovision 2018 return!

Greek-American singer Kalomira has revealed in an interview with People Magazine that she was in discussions to potentially represent Greece at The Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, but eventually ruled out on returning to the contest, explaining that:
"Everything seemed positive, but my instinct told me not to do it. What I have made clear to my mind is that my priority is my children and my husband. Whatever I do, in singing but also in television, should not affect and disturb the children’s routine."
Kalomira sang "My Secret Combination" at Eurovision 2008 in Belgrade, achieving 3rd place, which is their last top 5 placing to date, and with a score of 218 points, which is Greece's 3rd highest score in Eurovision behind Sakis Rouvas in 2004 and Helena Paparizou in 2005.
Kalomira also commented on Yianna Terzi's participation in Lisbon:
Yianna gave it all, it was wonderful. Her song was dynamic, with very nice lyrics. I thought she would go into the final and I did not expect to be ruled out.
