UK 1993 | Sonia releases new single 'Dancin' In The Driver's Seat'
Scouse songstress Sonia shot to fame back in 1989 when her debut single 'You'll Never Stop Me Loving You' shot to number 1 in the UK official charts however it wasn't until 1993 that she cemented herself as a Eurovision fan favourite with her up-tempo banger 'Better the Devil You Know' which was chosen to represent the United Kingdom in the 1993 Eurovision Song Contest. Sonia impressed Europe with her performance finishing an impressive 2nd, only being beaten by Ireland.
Twenty-five years later, Sonia is back with her latest single - 'Dancin' In The Driver's Seat'. She definitely has not lost her pop charm as her new single has a great classic beat and will sound great on your driving playlists in the summer sunshine.

The track, produced by Barry Upton and distributed by Nova Distribution, has been released to coincide with Sonia's appearance on a brand new reality TV show called 'Celebrity 5 Go Caravanning' which will follow the Eurovision legend and four other celebrities on a caravanning road trip! UK viewers can catch the first of four episodes tonight on Channel 5 at 8pm.
We hope to hear Sonia performing the song live soon at a Eurovision or club event but in the meantime, the new track is available now to stream and purchase on Apple Music and Spotify and you can also have a listen to her new single on YouTube below.
