All singers and songwriters have until September 1, 2018 to submit their songs to the Serbian broadcaster. The rules of the selection process are:
The song must be no longer than 3 minutes
The song must be in the Serbian language
The songwriter must be involved in the performance in some way, either as a singer, a dancer or a musician
The song cannot have been released before May 1, 2018
Both soloists and groups of up to 6 people must be between 9 and 14 years old
The broadcaster has stated there will be a jury that will listen to all of the submitted songs, who will then vote on which song they think should represent Serbia in Belarus.
