JESC 2018 | Casting for Junior Eurovision 2018 hosts is underway!
The Belarussian broadcaster BTRC have announced that they are beginning their search for the hosts of the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Minsk, Belarus.
The broadcaster have said they are looking for children and teenagers, between the ages of 9 and 14, as well as adults, to potentially host the show in November.
They have stated that all applicants must:
Have good spoken English
Have the ability to perform confidently on stage and be natural
Have the ability to improvise and ad-lib, where needed
Previous experience of hosting, especially on live television, and previous production experience is preferred, but not essential.
All candidates that are interested in applying have been asked to send a photo of themselves along with a short video, telling a story about themselves whilst showing off their potential hosting skills as well, to the broadcaster at email@example.com. The deadline for applications is July 15 2018.
