Georgia is the first country to kick off Junior Eurovision season! They have announced that Tamar Edilashvili will sing for them at the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Minsk, Belarus.
Tamar was chosen through Georgia's national final for Junior Eurovision, Ranina. The show began in January and over the course of 3 months, ten finalists battled it out through various heats, quarter finals, and semi finals, performing with famous Georgian singers each week, to reach the grand final.
The winner was decided by a three-persons jury, with the jury members changing every two weeks over the course of the national final.
