OGAE is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit body that works closely with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). The OGAE network is open to all current and past competing nations at Eurovision, as well as some other countries outside of Europe that are a part of OGAE Rest Of The World.

Every year since 2007, all OGAE fan clubs have voted for their favourite Eurovision songs using the Eurovision-style voting.
