Israel | "Toy" Surpasses Two Million Views On YouTube

She's caught the attention of Israel and Europe as a whole with her unique and clever musical talents, and after winning the ticket to Eurovision to represent Israel, Netta and entry "Toy" has already clocked over a million views.

 

 

 

Netta, 25 was selected to represent Israel in February after winning the latest  series of Rising Star Israel, given her unique blending of sounds and vocal fragments being replayed and used a musical elements via her looper, many were interested to hear the song she wold take to Lisbon, the song official was released on Sunday 11th March and has already caught the eyes of many, as it has already clocked up over two million views on the official Eurovision YouTube channel.

 

"Toy" since it has been released has shot Israel up in the odds, her unique uptempo song with ethnic elements as well as a saying in Hebrew, sent Israel to the top of the bookmakers odds at the time of its release, with odds at a staggering 3-1, although "Toy" has split opinions in the Eurovision fan community, the song certainly has a following and its fanbase, Netta will be competing in the first half of the first semi final and will be hoping to keep the trend of Israel's prescence in the final alive, after missing the final four years in a row, they have qualified for the last three and since the Rising Star format was used to find their entry, including a top ten finish back in 2015 for Nadav Guedj with the song "Golden Boy" in 2015.
