He shot to Ukraine knowledge and fame after entering and winning the X Factor Ukraine's sixth series, since there he has released countless singles and even competed in Ukraine's selection last year, where he narrowly missed out on representing on home soil, last year with his song "Wonder" which again the public put as their winner but the jury marked harshly and only placed 5th out of the six finalists. Late last year, Melovin was announced as one of the first acts planning to take part in Vidbir 2018, stating he had unfinished business with the selection and believed after winning the televote last year, he could win this year.
Last year Ukraine was represented by rock group O.Torvald with the song "Time" and took 24th place with overall of 36 points - 12 points from the juries and 24 from televoting. Do you think Melovin could go better and win Eurovision in May? Please tell us your opinioins in the comments below.
