Greece | Yianna Terzi To Lisbon After National Final Breakdown

Greek media are reporting today that Yianna Terzi has been selected to represent Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with her national final entry "Oneiro Mou" (My Dream)

Yianna Terzi was preparing to compete for the spot in Lisbon with her entry in a national final which had been months in the making by Greece, albeit with one or two bumps in the road, firstly from the five entries shortlisted to compete, two were disqualified, for despite having Greek lyrics, did not meet the other criteria set out by ERT and did not have a Greek sound so were therefore removed from the selection, this left three songs in the running, the national final was initially due to take place of February 16th, but was then moved to February 22nd, however last night it was reported that two of the acts and their respective record companies had not sent over the money required from them to ERT to cover the costs of their participation, which included staging to pre-parties events etc etc, as a result the songs have been removed from selection, leaving Yianna and "Onerio Mou" the last song standing.

Yianna will be competing in the second half of the first semi final, she will be competing on the 8th May competing for a spot in the Grand Final which will take place on 12th May 2018. What do you think of "My Dream"? Does Yianna have a shot of making the final? Listen to the song below and let us know your thoughts!
