Czech Republic | Mikolas Josef Selected As Czech Entry With "Lie To Me"
Today it has been announced Czech Republic has revealed the winner of their online selection - Eurovision Song CZ and they will be represented by Mikolas Josef with the song "Lie To Me"

Mikolas, 22 has been a fan favourite since the songs were shortlisted back on January 8th, when we spoke to Mikolas recently, he admitted he had been offered the chance to represent the Czech Republic in 2016 with the song "My Turn" he however declined the chance and instead will fly the flag in Lisbon with his self-penned entry. He will be competing in the first half of the first semi final also.
As well as winning fans over across the continent and beyond, he always was a big hit with the international jury, which consisted of ex Eurovision acts including, Dami Im, Nathan Trent and SunStroke Project, Mikolas topped the jury vote with 68 points, although the other acts points are not yet available nor the televote result, it was announced on Czech news that Mikolas will indeed by representing them in Lisbon. He will be hoping to get Czech Republic into the final for only a second time after Gabriela Guncikova achieved so in 2016 with her entry "I Stand"
