Czech Republic | Czech Republic Reveals The Names Of The International Jury Members.

The Czech Republic have this afternoon revealed the names of the special ten member jury that will help select the nations next Eurovision entrant. The names have revealed that all are former Eurovision participants, and they will have a 50% vote on deciding which artist will be present in Lisbon.

The ten member jury is as follows:

Dami Im (Australia 2016)

Robin Bengtsson (Sweden 2017)

Naviband (Belarus 2017)

SunStroke Project (Moldova 2010 & 2017)

Sanja Vucic (Serbia 2016)

Jalisse (Italy 1997)

Iveta Mukuchyan (Armenia 2016)

Nathan Trent (Austria 2017)

Norma John (Finland 2017)

Liora Simon (Israel 1995)

The jury consists of artists mainly from the modern Eurovision era, however there are one or two that stretch back to the mid 90's. They also consist of members from all parts of Europe and Australia.

The international jury have already cast their votes. The final 50% will come from the general European public who will have their say in who goes to Lisbon. This will be done by an online vote via the official Eurovision app. The deadline for votes will be this evening.

The six acts wishing to represent the Czech Republic are as follows:

Mikolas Josef – Lie to Me

Pavel Callta – Never Forget

Eva Burešová – Fly

Eddie Stoilow – We Rule This World

Doctor Victor – StandUP

Debbi – High on Love

The national broadcaster for the nation ČT are trying to reverse the countries fortunes at Eurovision. Since they debuted in 2007, they have only qualified once when Gabriela Gunčíková sang "I Stand" in 2016, which subsequently placed last in the Grand Final. Can one of these artists score better?

By the end of this evening, it will be known who will be the countries next representative. However, we will have a little wait to find out who the chosen artist is. Who would you like to see win? Tell us in the comments below.
