31 Songs Submitted For Montenegro's National Final

The deadline is over, and it has been announced by the Montenegro broadcaster RTCG that a total of 31 songs have been sent to them to compete in the national final 'Montevizija'.
It will be the first time in ten years that the country has chosen to hold a national final in which to decide its Eurovision participant. For the previous 10 the nation has opted for an internal selection resulting in quite a mixed bag of results.
The 31 songs will be narrowed down to five, which will compete in 'Montevizija'. There will be a five member jury that will narrow this list down. The lucky few will then compete in a televised national final on February 17th 2018. The public vote will decide the winner alone, and determine who will be Slavko's successor at Lisbon.
Slavko stole the show last year with his long braid, and his journey to "Space". Since then he has appeared on the British X factor just missing out on the live shows.
He will be a tough act to follow. Stay tuned to Eurovoxx for more information on the "chosen 5" artists soon.
