German National Final Participants Announced

This morning the six acts that will take part in the forthcoming German national selection "Unser Lied fur Lissaboon"

In a reformed national final, after multiple rumours and hopeful thinking, the six names competing to represent Germany in Lisbon have formally been announced, they are:

Ivy Quianoo, Xavier Darcy, Natia, Ryk, Michael Schulte and VvoXXclub, the six acts will compete for the ticket to Lisbon in February 22nd, the acts were selected through a panel on 100 person Eurovision panel as well as an 20 person international expert panel.

The selection plays host to two winners of The Voice Germany, Ivy Quianoo, who won the inaugural season in Germany and Natia who was crowned the victor of the seventh season only last week on December 17th. However this was not Natia's first taste of reality singing competition as she competed on The X Factor Georgia also.

Now up to 15 Germany and international song writers will work together over three days in a songwriting camp, putting together the songs for the artists, once the six songs have been finalised, they will be given to each of the acts, for whom their deem best for and will work on the production for the national final, which is taking place in Berlin.
