Georgia in Junior Eurovision
Georgia is one of the most successful countries in Junior Eurovision, having won the contest 3 times! They made their debut to the contest in Rotterdam in 2007 with an impressive 4th place. The following year saw their first win in the contest with the buzzing bees that were Bzikebi. In 2009 and 2010, they continued their run of top 10 placings, finishing in 6th place and 4th place respectively. 2011 saw their second win with the girl group CANDY and their catchy dance number Candy Music. The FUNKIDS and their Funky Lemonade just missed out on a third win for Georgia, finishing in second place behind Ukraine in 2012. 2013 saw another top 5 placing for Georgia, with The Smile Shop smiling their way into 5th place. In 2014 and 2015, they only managed 10th place and 11th place respectively, but 2015 saw their third win from 10 year old Mariam and her song 'Mzeo'.
