Bulgarian ESC Stars get nominated for BG Radio Music Awards!

The Bulgarian representatives in the Eurovision Song Contest from 2010, 2011, 2016 and 2017 - Poli Genova, Kristian Kostov and Miro - received nominations in this year's BG Radio Music Awards last week.

 

BG Radio Music Awards are an annually held ceremony for the biggest achievements in Bulgarian music and this year the organisation is celebrating their 15th anniversary. The categories are:

- Best Male Artist

- Best Female Artist

- Best New Artist

- Best Group

- Best Duo/Trio

- Best Video

- Best Lyrics

- Best Song

 

Poli Genova received nominations in 3 categories namely for “Best Female Artist” and well as for “Best Duo/Trio” along with her colleague Grafa. Her song “If love was a crime” is nominated in category “Best Song”

 

Kristian Kostov is nominated in 5 categories. He is nominated for “Best Male Artist” and “Best New Artist”. His song “Vdigam Level”, which is collaboration with Pavell and Venci Venc, received nominations for “Best Video”, “Best Lyrics” and “Best Song”.

 

The Bulgarian representative from 2010 - Miro - is nominated for “Best Male Artist”.

Voting started on 17th May and the deadline is 15th June with the ceremony being held in the city of Blageovgrad in southwestern Bulgaria on 16th June.
