
Eurovision 2020 l What kind of music can we expect to hear in EMA FREŠ?
Tomorrow will be the first duel between the 18 contestants in EMA FREŠ. This is the first time EMA FREŠ is going to be held in Slovenia. Thanks to Zala Kralj & Gašper Šantl who made it possible because of their popularity in Eurovision when they competed for Slovenia this year. 10am CET tomorrow is when the first duel will start. At the end of every week when the six contestants have been revealed we will know which two have been voted by the public to get to the second round


Slovenia l Duel dates for EMA Freš 2020 have been announced
The first stage of the Slovenian online contest selection EMA Freš has been announced. RTVSLO revealed on their Instagram page today which artist are going to compete against who in the first round. In total there will be nine duels among the 18 contestants in EMA Freš.

Eurovision 2020 l 18 songs ready to compete in EMA FREŠ
The Slovenian broadcaster RTVSLO have announced that they have selected 18 songs to compete in the competition EMA FREŠ. Selection starts on November 4th and are going on during a 5 week process to select two entries that's going to be on EMA next year. EMA FREŠ is an online competition for young performers between 16 and 26 years old and who have commercially released no more than three copyrighted songs.

Slovenia | EMA results have been revealed
The Slovenian broadcaster RTVSLO have revealed the results of all of the 10 acts in EMA 2019. We can see that Zala Kralj and Gašper Šantl were favourites with both the public and the juries, whilst Ula and Fed Horses just missed out on making the top 2. Slovenia | BQL out of EMA 2019
The two times consecutive runner-up duo, BQL have announced that they will not take part in EMA 2019. Rok and Anej Piletič (BQL) have previously tried to represent Slovenia twice at the Eurovision Song Contest, finishing second in EMA on both occasions. Slovenian broadcaster RTVSLO have today revealed details of EMA 2018. EMA has been used to select Slovenia's act for Eurovision since their debut in 1993 (except for 2012 and 2013).
