HRT, the Croatian broadcaster, has opened the submission window for the 2020 edition of the Croatian national final Dora. It has also published the rules and regulations for the selection show, which artists wishing to represent Croatia in Rotterdam must abide by to be eligible. Some time ago, Jacques Houdek, Croatian representative in Eurovision 2017, with his song "My friend", revealed that he will take another shot at Eurovision – this time as a composer! It was speculated that his hopeful could be Roko Blažević – who won popular talent show Pinkove Zvedice in 2017 and who was a finalist and runner-up in the music show Zvijezde, where Jacques was his mentor.
