Estonia's Eurovision Song Contest host broadcaster, ERR, has confirmed the country's participation in the 2019 contest as well as the continued use of Eesti Laul to select the Estonian Eurovision representative. Eesti Laul was introduced in 2009 to replace the Eurolaul festival, and the former has since become one of the most popular and successful shows in Estonia, returning Estonia four top 10 finishes in Eurovision since the show's inception - in 2009, 2012, 2015 and 2018.
